Over the years, Klauss has held various leadership roles in food and beverage operations, including positions in Damascus, Prague, Toronto, Punta Mita, Alexandria, and Cairo.
This appointment marks Klauss’s first role as General Manager. His previous experience includes serving as Hotel Manager at Four Seasons Hotel Alexandria and Four Seasons Hotel Cairo at Nile Plaza. Klauss’s career has taken him to 12 countries, reflecting his extensive experience in international hospitality management.
