Rosewood Hotels & Resorts will open its first winter resort, Rosewood Courchevel Le Jardin Alpin, in the French Alps this December.
Rosewood Hotels & Resorts is set to open Rosewood Courchevel Le Jardin Alpin in the French Alps this December. This marks the company’s first winter resort and its second property in mainland France. The resort is located in the Jardin Alpin enclave of Courchevel 1850, a well-known ski destination.
The new resort will feature 51 rooms and suites, including three signature houses. These accommodations offer panoramic views of Les Trois Vallées, the world’s largest ski area. The three houses can accommodate up to eight guests each, with options for interconnecting rooms to create larger living spaces.
The largest of the three houses, the Jardin Alpin Apartment, includes four bedrooms, high ceilings, a private elevator entrance, and terraces with views of La Saulire’s peak. The apartment also features a cinema room, a professional kitchen, and dining areas for gatherings.
The resort will offer a Mediterranean dining concept that combines French and Italian Alpine culinary traditions. The restaurant will serve traditional alpine dishes and transform into a more intimate setting for après-ski in the evenings, featuring a selection of wines and cocktails.
Guests will have access to ski-in, ski-out facilities, with a Ski Concierge team providing personalized alpine experiences. These include access to a secluded chalet for private dinners and the exclusive First and Last Track experience, allowing guests to ski at dawn or dusk with a private instructor.
The resort will also house the Asaya spa, offering wellness treatments such as the Ski Legs Revival Treatment and the Oxylight 3D Radiance Ceremony. The spa will provide various treatments and activities, including reiki, sound baths, and Mountain Pilates.
This opening expands Rosewood’s presence in France, joining Hôtel de Crillon, A Rosewood Hotel in Paris. Rooms at Rosewood Courchevel Le Jardin Alpin will start from €2300.
