Palladium Hotel Group has announced the appointment of Farah Jaber as managing director for Southeast Asia to lead its expansion from a new hub in Vietnam.
The Spanish company will establish its regional HQ in Ho Chi Minh City to manage operations and business development. The strategy focuses on growing its luxury and lifestyle brands across the market.
Initial developments include BLESS L’Alya Ninh Van Bay, which the group will operate from 9 July 2026 ahead of a full reopening in 2027. The company also plans to open BLESS Hanoi in 2028.
Jaber is joined by Phuong Dang, development manager for Asia Pacific. Álvaro Moreno and Jacobo Priegue have also been appointed as group operations partners for Vietnam to support the expansion.
Jesús Sobrino, chief executive of Palladium Hotel Group, said: “Farah’s appointment reflects our confidence in the long-term potential of Southeast Asia and our ambition to build a strong presence in the region.
“Over the past five decades, Palladium Hotel Group has evolved from a Spanish hospitality company into an international group operating across eight countries. Expanding into Asia is a natural continuation of that journey. We are approaching this opportunity with a long-term vision centred on quality, differentiation and sustainable expansion.”
