Starhotels’ revenues increased by 8.7% to €340m (£286m) in the year ending 31 December 2025, driven by strong international demand and strategic acquisitions.
EBITDA likewise rose 4.9% to €108m (£92.2m), yielding a margin of 31.8% for the luxury Italian hotel group.
During the period, the group invested over €64m (£54m) which was funded through cash generation and 10-year financing secured during the financial year.
Key capital outlay included the acquisition of the Hermitage Hotel and Resort in Forte dei Marmi and a new property in Anacapri set to open in 2028, as well as major refurbishment projects. These included the reopening of Hotel Gabrielli in Venice, restyling of Hotel d’Inghilterra in Rome and the launch of Teatro Luxury Apartments in Florence.
The group, which employs more than 1,700 staff, plans to pursue further development opportunities aligned with its market positioning.
Elisabetta Fabri, president and chief executive of Starhotels, said: “For us, growth does not simply mean adding new hotels, but creating lasting value through projects that are consistent with our identity and our distinctive approach to hospitality.
“This disciplined and coherent strategy enabled us to achieve record results in 2025 and will continue to guide Starhotels’ development in the years ahead.”
