Minor Hotels is expanding into Türkiye’s Aegean region through an agreement with Arıkan Proje Geliştirme in İzmir, scheduled to open in 2030.
The project will see the construction of Anantara Retreat Çeşme and Anantara Residences Çeşme in the village of Çakabey within the Çeşme district. The development will feature 54 guestrooms, suites and private pool villas, alongside 50 branded residences.
Facilities will include an Anantara Spa and Wellness centre, a rooftop skygazing bar, pools, tennis courts, padel courts and a youth club.
The retreat forms part of the wider Castello Fontana masterplan, a mixed-use development focused on agriculture, culture and wellbeing. The site is located approximately one hour from İzmir Adnan Menderes Airport.
