Castlebridge Hospitality Management has appointed Janet Roberts as director of People and Culture, joining its leadership team as the hotel management company continues to expand its UK portfolio.
Roberts joins Castlebridge from hospitality management company Cycas Hospitality, bringing more than 40 years of experience across the hospitality sector, with a background spanning hotel operations, people management, talent development and learning and development. Her career has included working across multiple countries, hotel brands and cultures.
In her new role, she will lead Castlebridge’s people strategy, with a focus on learning and development, employee engagement, wellbeing, diversity and inclusion and career progression. The appointment comes as Castlebridge continues to grow its hotel management portfolio, with properties including Hotel Indigo Bath, Hotel Indigo Chester, Hotel Indigo Stratford-upon-Avon, voco Winchester Hotel and Spa and Holiday Inn Express Campo de Gibraltar – Los Barrios.
