Radisson Hotel Group has opened a new 401-guestroom hotel at Manchester’s Etihad Campus as part of a £300m development of the area. The Radisson Blu Medlock Hotel opened on 7 September 2026 at Medlock Square, next to the Etihad Stadium and Co-op Live.
The upper-upscale property is a partnership between Manchester City Football Club and Radisson Hotel Group.
The hotel features 401 guestrooms and suites, including “pitch view” rooms overlooking the stadium and a two-storey penthouse. The F&B offer includes Three Rivers Brasserie and Bar, Blend Cafe Bar and Little Beast Restaurant, with Brickworks Market Halls and Zadie’s Sky Bar set to follow later this year.
The property also includes a 24-hour fitness suite and access to more than 30 event spaces across the wider Etihad Campus, supporting its position as a destination for leisure, business and events.
