Stoke Park, the 300-acre Buckinghamshire estate acquired by Reliance Industries Limited in 2021, is entering a new phase with the launch of a five-venue dining and drinking operation from autumn 2026.
The estate’s new flagship restaurant, The Penn, will include a 48-cover dining room and private room seating eight guests. Its à la carte menu will draw on British culinary history, seasonality and provenance combined with classical French techniques. Produce from Stoke Park’s garden will also feature across the menu.
Alongside the Penn, the estate will introduce The Piano Bar focusing on classic cocktails and an elevated martini selection, as well as The Terrace and Glasshouse, which will provide a more informal dining option, with seasonal dishes, pizzas and barbecue available during the summer months.
The Tea Room will serve viennoiserie and estate-fruit tarts, while The Clubhouse will offer pub classics alongside Indian cuisine.
The estate’s wine cellar has been developed by Carolina Seibel, group head of beverage at HiStory Hospitality, while the estate’s bar and cocktail offerings have been curated by Giuseppe Masala, beverage manager.
Interior design firm Studio Shayne Brady has overseen the restaurant and bar interiors across the estate, in partnership with the Stoke Park and HiStory Hospitality creative teams.
