Hotel management company Rockingham Partners has appointed Louise Wybrow as head of learning and development, a role covering people, performance and service excellence.

Her experience as a hospitality business owner has given her first-hand insight into the day-to-day demands faced by hotel and restaurant teams, including balancing guest expectations, operational requirements, employee development and commercial performance. More recently, Wybrow worked as a vocational trainer for a national training provider, specialising in hospitality front-of-house operations, customer service, leadership and management.

In her new role, Wybrow will help further develop the businesses’ people and learning capabilities, working alongside colleagues and hospitality teams to enhance leadership skills, professional confidence and consistency across service standards.
