First Hospitality has announced the appointment of Logan Fish as the senior director of business development. In his new role, Fish will be responsible for securing third-party management agreements and maintaining a pipeline of new business opportunities. His duties will also include cultivating relationships with industry stakeholders, evaluating management opportunities, and supporting all phases of the development process.
Fish previously worked at StepStone Hospitality as the director of development. During his tenure, he prepared over 150 investment analyses for hotel acquisitions and development projects and contributed to adding 18 hotels to the company’s portfolio over three years. Before StepStone Hospitality, Fish held analyst positions at Park Hotels & Resorts.
Fish holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance with a minor in Real-Estate Investment from Michigan State University.
