The Stafford Collection has announced that Lympstone Manor – chef Michael Caines’s hotel, restaurant and vineyard in Devon – has joined the group as an associate member.
The move follows Caines’s recent appointment as culinary strategist at The Stafford London, marking his first role in the capital. Lympstone Manor, a member of Relais and Châteaux, now sits alongside The Stafford London and Italian restaurant Norma within the collection.
As part of his role, Caines will oversee all food and beverage operations at The Stafford London. The Game Bird restaurant will relaunch this autumn with a new name and menu, reflecting Caines’s focus on British produce and terroir-led cooking. The revised concept will prioritise seasonality, sustainability and biodiversity.
