Radisson Hotel Group has announced over 210 hotel signings and openings for 2025, marking significant growth across EMEA and APAC.
Radisson Hotel Group has reported more than 210 hotel signings and openings in 2025, continuing its expansion across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa (EMEA), and Asia-Pacific (APAC). This development follows a record-breaking year in 2024.
In the EMEA region, Radisson Blu has expanded with new properties in France, Germany, Türkiye, and Montenegro. Notable projects include the Medlock at Manchester City’s Etihad Stadium and the Radisson Blu CDG Airport Terminal Hotel in Paris, set to open later this year.
France has been a key market for the group, with the Radisson Collection brand opening Cour des Loges Lyon and signing Hotel Banke Opera Paris, scheduled to open in 2026. The brand also launched in Hungary with the Radisson Collection Hotel, Basilica Budapest, and reopened the Radisson Collection Hotel, Berlin.
Radisson RED has expanded globally with new hotels in the UK, Romania, India, UAE, and Thailand. The brand opened the Radisson RED Oslo City Centre, marking its second Verified Net Zero hotel. A partnership with PPHE Hotel Group will introduce the brand to London and Rome.
Radisson Individuals has grown to over 100 hotels since its 2020 launch, expanding in France, Portugal, Germany, Malta, and Kazakhstan. New signings have been secured in the UK, Poland, Spain, Greece, Kyrgyzstan, Türkiye, India, and the Philippines.
The Radisson brand continues to evolve with the opening of Radisson Hotel Manchester City Centre, its first Verified Net Zero hotel. The brand has entered new markets, including the Democratic Republic of Congo, Armenia, and Madinah, Saudi Arabia. In the UK, Radisson will be part of an all-electric stadium development for Oxford United Football Club.
In the APAC region, 13 new Radisson properties have opened in India, Indonesia, Thailand, and Vietnam. The resort portfolio now includes over 160 properties, with new openings in Vietnam, Indonesia, Sri Lanka, India, Montenegro, Poland, Romania, Egypt, and Armenia.
In China, Radisson Hotel Group has signed and opened 130 hotels in 2025, bringing its pipeline to 300. The expansion focuses on mid- to upper-mid-scale categories, with Country Inn & Suites by Radisson leading the growth with 375 hotels. Major cities such as Wuhan, Beijing, Chongqing, Chengdu, Tianjin, and Shanghai are central to the group’s strategy.
India remains a dynamic market for Radisson, with over 130 properties in operation and more than 70 under development. The group aims to reach 500 hotels in the region by 2030, following 59 new signings in 18 months and expansion into 47 new cities.
