TFE Hotels plans to open the Adina Chermside Brisbane in February 2026, alongside leadership appointments and a refurbishment of Adina Anzac Square.
TFE Hotels has announced the opening of a new property, Adina Chermside Brisbane, scheduled for February 2026. The hotel will be located in Brisbane’s northern corridor and will feature 148 units, including studios and apartments. Designed by WMK Architecture, the hotel will offer amenities such as an eatery, meeting rooms, a gym, and on-site parking. The location is near Westfield Chermside and major transport links, catering to both corporate and leisure travelers, as well as those visiting the nearby Prince Charles Hospital precinct.
In addition to the new hotel, TFE Hotels has made leadership changes within its Brisbane operations. Sue Rowe has been appointed as General Manager of Adina Chermside Brisbane, tasked with overseeing the final stages of pre-opening and the subsequent launch. Rowe has extensive experience with TFE Hotels, having managed several properties in Queensland.
Bri Hill has been named Cluster General Manager for Adina Brisbane and Adina Anzac Square in the Central Business District. Hill joined TFE Hotels in 2018 and has been recognized for operational excellence and innovation. Her leadership has been instrumental in various initiatives, including a guest experience pilot and a global brand repositioning project.
TFE Hotels has also completed a refurbishment of Adina Anzac Square in Brisbane’s CBD. The project included updates to public spaces, including the reception area, library, and communal workspace, as well as to accommodation floors. The hotel offers 67 studio, one-, and two-bedroom apartments that combine heritage architecture with contemporary design elements.
The developments are part of TFE Hotels’ strategy to enhance its presence in Brisbane as the city prepares for the 2032 Olympic and Paralympic Games.
