Starhotels Collezione has officially reopened Hotel d’Inghilterra Roma’s rooftop terrace – Terrazza Romana – for the summer season with a new food and drink programme.
The venue, located near the Spanish Steps in Rome, features a revised cocktail selection and a food menu created by executive chef Andrea Sangiuliano.
The drink menu includes new signature cocktails alongside alcohol-free options, while the food menu focuses on small Italian dishes.
The hotel will also host a weekly musical event called Golden Beats every Tuesday from 18:00, featuring sets from disc jockey Melanie Estella. The venue confirmed that the terrace will open daily for the duration of the summer.
Hotel d’Inghilterra Roma historically hosted cultural figures including Oscar Wilde and Ernest Hemingway.
Sangiuliano said: “The food offering evolves this year with a dedicated menu designed as the perfect counterpoint to the drinks list.
“We are serving playful, elegant savoury creations inspired by great classics of Italian cuisine, freshly prepared by the kitchen.”
