Immersive Hospitality Management is set to open Hyde and Seek, London Hyde Park, in September 2026 following the £42m transformation of the former Corus Hotel Hyde Park into a new upscale lifestyle hotel.
Located at 1 Lancaster Gate opposite Hyde Park, the 309-room property will join Marriott Bonvoy’s Tribute Portfolio collection and marks the operator’s flagship London asset.
The redevelopment has been shaped by interiors from Goddard Littlefair and architecture by Unwin Jones Partnership, with the design drawing inspiration from the area’s bohemian culture of the 1960s and 1970s. Guests will also have access to two food and beverage outlets, Seekers Restaurant and Bar and HydeOut.
Ahead of the opening, Immersive Hospitality Management has signed a management agreement for the property with Vertiq Hospitality Partners.
Andrew Khoo, chairman of Immersive Hospitality Management, said: “The opening of Hyde and Seek, London Hyde Park, a Tribute Portfolio Hotel, marks a significant milestone for Immersive Hospitality Management and the culmination of an ambitious transformation project for our flagship London asset.
“We recognised an opportunity to create a hotel that responds to the evolving expectations of modern travellers, combining lifestyle-led hospitality, strong design credentials and dynamic social spaces in one of the capital’s most sought-after locations. We look forward to welcoming guests from September 2026.”
