RBH Hospitality Management has strengthened its senior leadership team with a series of appointments and internal promotions as it continues to expand its hotel portfolio.
Stuart Houston has been promoted to the company’s executive committee as chief operational finance officer, following 11 years with RBH. He has overseen the business’s operational finance functions and recently led projects focused on technology, data analytics and automation, improving forecasting and reporting.
Meanwhile, Claire Barrowclough has been appointed operations director, having joined RBH in 2018. She has held roles across several of the company’s hotels, working across multiple brands and service levels and will now bring her operational experience to the wider business.
The commercial team has also seen two promotions. Kim Pedlar, previously director of independent hotel sales performance, becomes group director of sales. Meanwhile, Lesley Divers has been appointed group director of revenue, with more than 10 years’ experience in the hotel industry. The group has also been appointed to manage Cameron House on Loch Lomond.
The appointments come as RBH continues to grow its managed portfolio. New signings this year include two Staybridge Suites properties in Liverpool and Newcastle, Radisson Hotel Liverpool and Hyatt Place London City East, its first Hyatt-branded hotel.
