Cambridge House, Auberge Collection has opened reservations ahead of its planned February 2027 opening in Mayfair, London.
The 102-room hotel and residences will be located at 94 Piccadilly, in the former “In and Out” Naval and Military Club, as part of Reuben Brothers’ £1bn regeneration of the Piccadilly Estate.
The property will mark Auberge Collection’s debut in the UK and will include a restaurant from Major Food Group, a three-storey wellbeing facility and a members’ club scheduled to open later in 2027.
The Grade-I listed Georgian mansion at the centre of the development was commissioned in 1756 and previously served as a private residence and the Naval and Military Club. The hotel has been designed by Jean-Louis Deniot, who is overseeing the transformation of the hotel and guest spaces, while Laura Gonzalez is responsible for the signature bar, wellbeing facilities and members’ club.
Major’s, the hotel’s main restaurant, will be operated by Major Food Group, the hospitality group behind concepts including Carbone and Torrisi. The restaurant will be located within the restored Georgian ballroom and courtyard and will focus on British ingredients, with a menu including seafood, caviar, meat, fish and game.
The property will also include a three-storey wellbeing destination with a heated swimming pool, hydrotherapy facilities, six treatment rooms, a gym, studios and wet and heat rooms.
The hotel forms part of Reuben Brothers’ wider £1bn regeneration of 1.3 acres of the Piccadilly Estate, with the project aiming to restore and repurpose several historic properties in the area.
Etienne Haro, managing director of Cambridge House, said: “We are thrilled to open reservations for Cambridge House, Auberge Collection. This is a real milestone for our team, and we eagerly anticipate welcoming our first guests from February to discover the warmth, character and distinctive spirit that make this storied London landmark truly exceptional.”
A spokesperson for Reuben Brothers said, “Our vision for the Piccadilly Estate is to preserve what makes this part of London so special, while giving it a renewed sense of purpose. Cambridge House is an exceptional piece of London’s heritage, and its restoration has been approached with the care and respect that such a building deserves.”
