Aermont Capital has reached a definitive agreement to acquire Park Holidays UK from Sun Communities for £768m.
The all-cash transaction includes 56 holiday parks across England, Wales, and Scotland.
The deal is expected to complete in the second half of 2026, subject to regulatory and governance approvals.
Sun Communities, a US-based real estate investment trust, initially purchased the business in 2022 when it operated 42 sites.
Park Holidays UK also manages the Park Leisure brand as part of its operations. The company plans to continue expanding its footprint under the new ownership, targeting further coastal and countryside locations.
The business employs approximately 2,900 people during peak season. Recent investments have focused on enhancing guest facilities, including leisure clubs and entertainment venues, across its estate.
