Country house hotel Ansty Hall has completed the first phase of a wider bedroom renovation, revealing seven redesigned rooms as the Warwickshire property continues its refurbishment under Exclusive Collection.
The latest work follows the renovation of the hotel’s ground floor after Exclusive Collection took over the 17th Century property in 2023. The wider restoration programme is scheduled to continue over the course of 2027.
The developments include two new signature rooms, Leofric and Whittle, which have been redesigned in partnership with interior design specialist Russell Sage Studio. The Leofric room takes its name from Leofric, Earl of Mercia and a former landowner of Ansty village, with its design featuring a carved timber bed, ochre fabrics and a freestanding copper bath.
The Whittle room commemorates Coventry-born Sir Frank Whittle, inventor of the world’s first turbojet engine, with aviation-inspired artwork, technical illustrations and a hand-painted cloudscape painting.
Five further bedrooms have been redesigned in partnership with Trevillion Interiors, drawing inspiration from the region’s local craftsmanship and textile industry. The refurbishment has added one bedroom to Ansty Hall’s offering, taking its total number of rooms to 63 guestrooms.
The latest refurbishment forms part of the Exclusive Collection’s broader investment in Ansty Hall since acquiring the property, while further bedroom renovation work is planned for next year.
Steve Ogden, general manager of Ansty Hall, said: “We are incredibly proud of the history and innovation that surrounds Ansty Hall and invite our guests to uncover those stories through our spaces. Our new bedrooms offer a sense of wonder with thoughtful details celebrating local legends and the weaving industry of Ansty, inspiring a truly meaningful and restorative stay.
“Since Ansty Hall joined the Exclusive Collection, we’ve sought to be a place of discovery and welcome all visitors to slow down, take in their surroundings and be part of the next chapter of Ansty Hall’s story.”

This requires more study on layouts as every room layout is always different from another, so it’s attention to each space and attention to give to each room the same luxury experience.
“The history of the place is always the start point to develop the concept design. Our internal design directors follow each project with attention, leading the brand vision set for each property, making sure the concept speaks through coherently in each space of the hotel.”
