Banor Alternative Assets has completed the restructuring and sale of the Hilton Garden Inn Silverstone, a 197-room trackside hotel at Silverstone Circuit, in one of the UK’s largest single-asset hotel transactions of 2026.

Located on the Hamilton Straight at the home of the British Grand Prix, the hotel sits directly adjacent to The Silverstone Wing via a dedicated footbridge, providing access to the circuit’s major conference and events facility. Opened in 2022, the property offers views of the start and finish line, pit lanes and podium area and has established itself as both a motorsport and year-round corporate events destination.

JLL said the transaction attracted strong competitive interest from domestic and international investors, and identified the asset’s location, long-term income profile and integrated events infrastructure as key drivers of demand.

The deal, executed by a Banor Capital-managed vehicle alongside FRP joint administrators Ian Corfield and Simon Baggs, was advised by JLL Hotels and Hospitality Group and marks a significant transaction in the UK hospitality and leisure investment market this year.
