European boutique hotel group Beaumier has appointed Anna Fedou as chief commercial officer and Diederik Visser as chief digital officer.
Fedou, who joined the Beaumier team in 2024 as head of brand and marketing, will oversee the group’s commercial strategy, including brand, marketing, sales, distribution, revenue management and guest experience. She will work alongside the operational team to strengthen the group’s commercial performance.
Fedou brings extensive experience to the role, having worked across hospitality, real estate, luxury brands and strategic consulting, including work with leading names such as Moët Hennessy and Sotheby’s.
Diederik Visser has been with the business since July 2025, and will now acquire responsibility for the group’s digital strategy. He will lead the continued development of its technology ecosystem, improving guest journey, operational efficiency and supporting data-driven decision making across the business. He will also head up the adoption of AI to streamline processes more effectively and equip the group with necessary tools.
He brings 14 years of experience at Hilton hotels, followed by leadership roles at Carlson Rezidor Hotel Group (now known as Radisson Hotel Group), Mangalis Hotel Group and Zien Group, where he served as director of IT for 12 hotels operating under the Eden Hotels brand.
Billy Skelli-Cohen, chief executive of Beaumier, said: “Anna and Diederik each bring exceptional expertise that will play a pivotal role as Beaumier enters its next phase of growth.
“Their appointments mark an important milestone in strengthening our commercial and digital capabilities, ensuring we are well positioned to achieve our long-term ambitions.”
He added: “Equally important, they both exemplify the leadership, values and culture that define Beaumier. Their progression into C-suite roles is not only a significant achievement for their respective functions but also a meaningful step in further strengthening the leadership of our entire group.”

The point of using Lorem Ipsum is that it has a more-or-less normal distribution of letters, as opposed to using ‘Content here, content here’, making it look like readable English. Many desktop publishing packages and web page editors now use Lorem Ipsum as their default model text, and a search for ‘lorem ipsum’ will uncover many web sites still in their infancy.
