Brown’s has launched a three-bedroom suite in Mayfair designed in collaboration with Sir Paul Smith.
Brown’s Hotel has unveiled the “Paul Smith Grand Suite”, an extension of the existing designer suite. The new residence-style Grand Suite features Smith’s trademark style, including bold colours, stripes and playful design details, connected by a hallway.
The suite was designed with Olga Polizzi, director of design at Rocco Forte Hotels, to extend the space of the original suite. It includes bespoke pieces across a range of makers, including hand-painted Paul Smith Signature Stripe porcelain lamps from Lyngard studio, as well as ceramics commissioned by Charlotte Salt and Elaine King and bespoke glassware from Emsie Sharp and Stewart Hearn.
The hotel has also collaborated with The Rug Company, as it features rugs from the designer’s 2026 collection. Maharam Fabrics also provided tailor-suit linings to curtains, which include Paul Smith curtain tie backs.
Richard Cooke, managing director of Rocco Forte Hotels for the UK and Northern Europe, said: “Sir Paul Smith is not just an amazing designer – for us at Brown’s he is a dear friend and neighbour. The place is better when Paul is in town with his positive take on life. He has an outlook we can all benefit from.”
The suite combines the comfort and character of a private Mayfair home with the service and historic features of Brown’s hotel.
