Castlebridge Hospitality Management has promoted Martin Mansbridge to group maintenance manager, a role the company said would cover maintenance and engineering strategy across its hotel portfolio.
Mansbridge previously served as cluster chief engineer at Hotel Indigo Coventry and Hotel Indigo Stratford Upon Avon.
Castlebridge said Mansbridge would oversee maintenance and engineering strategy across its portfolio. The business said his appointment is a reflection of its commitment to protecting and enhancing asset value while supporting its continued expansion through acquisitions and third-party management contracts.
The company said the promotion would support its commitment to environmental, social and governance (ESG) principles, focusing on energy efficiency, sustainable engineering and reducing its hotels’ environmental impact. It said continued investment in maintenance, renewable technologies and energy management would support these aims.
Scott Rankin, group operations director, said: “Martin’s promotion is thoroughly deserved and reflects both his technical expertise and the exceptional contribution he has made to our hotels over recent years. As we continue to expand our portfolio of managed assets, it is essential that we have strong engineering and property management leadership in place to protect and enhance the value of our properties.
