Luxury hotel Conrad Dublin has announced the appointment of Aisling Feiritéar as director of human resources and Lee Cooper as HR and training manager.
The appointments aim to support workplace culture, talent development and colleague experience at the five-star Dublin property following its recent industry recognition from Great Place to Work.
Feiritéar brings more than 10 years of experience across luxury hospitality, education and retail. She has worked alongside senior leadership teams to manage operational change and support people strategy.
Meanwhile, Cooper holds more than five years of human resources experience alongside a 14-year background in hospitality. He previously worked at Gleneagles, focusing on employee engagement, recruitment, learning and talent development.
Lynn McLaughlin, general manager of Conrad Dublin, said: “We are delighted to welcome both Aisling and Lee to Conrad Dublin.
