The Hartnoll Hotel in Bolham, Mid Devon, is being marketed with a £3.25m asking price following the decision of its long-term owner to retire.
Specialist business property adviser Christie and Co has been instructed to market the boutique property on a freehold basis on behalf of owner Claire Carter, who is stepping down after 20 years.
