Haven has officially opened a £12m waterpark, named Lost Lagoon, at its Kent Coast site near Rochester.
The holiday park operator’s new attraction forms part of a £50m investment at Kent Coast, following a nationwide spend of more than £700m by the company since 2021.
Television presenter Joe Swash opened the Lost Lagoon complex alongside local schoolchildren and council officials. The facility includes four pool zones and a waterslide.
High-temperature heat pumps power the new facility to improve energy efficiency at the site.
The holiday park welcomed more than 98,000 guests in 2025 and employs more than 400 workers during peak season.
The waterpark opening follows previous developments at the site, including a partnership with JD Wetherspoon in March 2025 and a Nisa supermarket refurbishment in June 2026.
