Hotel de France in St Helier has introduced a multi-day health and fitness package, expanding its current spa operations to accommodate individual and group bookings.
The package, named The Wellness Reset, allows visitors to book stays ranging from two to seven nights. It includes morning movement classes, conscious sleep meditation, custom meal plans and daily access to the hotel spa facilities.
Under the new scheme, guests receive a 25-minute consultation with an in-house specialist followed by an 80-minute massage. Accommodation options start with a classic double room and include breakfast, a two-course lunch and a seasonal dinner.
Dr Prasanna, spa director at Hotel de France, said: “We’re pleased to bring together our extensive range of wellness offerings into one flexible and immersive programme, giving guests the opportunity to truly switch off from everyday life and focus on their wellbeing.
