The Coll Hotel has been brought to market with an asking price of offers over £1.75m, ending more than six decades of family ownership.
Located in Arinagour on the Isle of Coll, the hotel comprises 10 en-suite guest rooms, a 60-cover restaurant overlooking Loch Eatharna, a lounge bar, landscaped gardens, outdoor dining areas, parking and a private helipad.
The hotel has remained in the Oliphant family since 1963, with owners Kevin and Julie Oliphant now deciding to sell as they retire, while Laura moves on to a new venture. The waterfront property overlooks Arinagour Bay, providing guests with access to the island’s amenities while offering views across the surrounding coastline.
The hotel has previously received VisitScotland Gold Status as well as winning Best Hotel Experience Under 20 Rooms and Best Eatery Experience at the 2022 Highlands and Islands Tourism Awards.
Tony Spence, associate director of hospitality at Christie and Co, has been instructed to market the freehold property.

Through our passion and the help of numerous people, we have made The Coll Hotel a destination hotel and a place for great hospitality, excellent dining and plenty of entertaining craic.
