The Lancaster Landmark Hotel Company has rebranded as The Landmark Collection, unifying six properties in London and Bangkok under a single brand identity.
The restructure moves the group from a hotel operations team into a multi-sector hospitality management and development platform, designed to support expansion across the UK and internationally through new acquisitions.
The unified portfolio comprises six properties: The Landmark London, Royal Lancaster London, 15 Basil Street, Hotel Indigo London K West Shepherd’s Bush, The Landmark Bangkok and Lancaster Bangkok.
Central to the group’s operations is a spa and wellness portfolio running across its locations in both cities.
Under the new structure, the company aims to establish shared operational standards while retaining the individual identities of each property. It said the model will broaden career pathways and offer varied accommodation options for corporate partners.
Fergus Stewart, general manager and chief executive of The Landmark London, said: “The launch of The Landmark Collection allows us to show up as one unified, more powerful entity whilst still protecting each property’s individuality. By creating a scalable developer platform, we are not only streamlining our operations and improving guest servicing but also offering a varied and diverse selection of properties to a broader audience.”
