The QHotels Collection has invested in staff training and new fitness facilities as it expands its Reformer Pilates offering across six UK locations.
More than 30 personal trainers and fitness instructors have completed a specialist training programme to become certified Reformer instructors, while exclusive Reformer studios have been introduced at health clubs within Crewe Hall, The Park Royal, Hampshire Court, Westerwood, Forest Pines and Belton Woods.
The rollout forms part of the group’s wider strategy to strengthen its health and wellness offering, while improving the experience for members and guests. The group said additional health clubs are being reviewed in the future.
Reformer Pilates has become one of the UK’s fastest growing fitness trends, offering a low-impact, full-body workout suitable for all fitness levels and gym professionals helping to improve strength, flexibility, mobility, posture and core stability.
Ollie Bell, director at Create, said: “The QHotels Collection recognised that delivering an exceptional Reformer experience starts with investing in its people. By providing comprehensive instructor education alongside premium equipment, they’ve created an environment where members can enjoy safe, effective and expertly delivered classes from day one.”
Keith Pickard, Golf, Health Club and Spa director for The QHotels Collection, added: “Our people are at the heart of everything we do, so investing in their development was just as important as investing in the equipment itself.
“By training our own fitness professionals to become qualified Reformer instructors, we’re giving our members and guests the confidence that every class is led by knowledgeable experts, while creating exciting new career development opportunities for our teams.
The introduction of Reformer is another step in our commitment to continually enhancing our health clubs and providing premium wellness experiences across The QHotels Collection.”

Many desktop publishing packages and web page editors now use Lorem Ipsum as their default model text, and a search for ‘lorem ipsum’ will uncover many web sites still in their infancy.
