Luxury hotel Grantley Hall has appointed Cameron Baxter as operations manager, returning to the business after six months away.
Baxter previously served as head of food and beverage at the hotel, before moving to Rockhall in March. He now returns to oversee day-to-day operations, following the recent multi-million-pound renovation at Rockhall, which is scheduled to reopen this autumn.
Announcing the appointment on LinkedIn, Nuno César de Sá FIH, general manager at Grantley Hall, said: “Some people leave a team and you simply know it won’t be the last chapter. I’m absolutely delighted to share that Cameron Baxter has returned to Grantley Hall as our new Operations Manager.
“From the moment he left, to another local hotel, I knew that our paths would cross again sooner rather than later. Sometimes, the right people find their way back and sometimes it takes stepping away to realise just how special a place really is.”
He added: “Having previously led our food and beverage team, Cameron already understands the standards, culture and values that make Grantley Hall so special. We already have an outstanding Operations team, and I’m really excited to see the impact Cameron will make as we continue to raise the bar together.”
Grantley Hall, located in North Yorkshire, opened in 2019 after an extensive transformation, featuring 47 guest rooms, Michelin-starred dining and award-winning spa facilities.
