The leasehold for the Safestay Kensington Holland Park, a hostel in west London, has been brought to market for an asking price exceeding £3m.
The hostel occupies the historic East Wing of a Grade I-listed Jacobean mansion built in 1605. The site features 38 bedrooms containing 331 bed spaces, alongside communal lounges, outdoor terraces, a café bar and a restaurant.
Situated on Holland Park Avenue near Holland Park underground station, the hostel is available free of branding.
The sale follows the recent transaction of Safestay Glasgow Charing Cross earlier this year.
Andrew Evangelou, head of London hotels at Christie and Co, said: “The demand for well-located budget accommodation in Central London continues to be underpinned by strong inbound tourism, educational travel, sporting events, and group travel, with hostel accommodation providing an affordable alternative to traditional hotels.
“Transactional activity in this sector remains incredibly strong with several hostel sales in the first half of 2026.”
