It also secured the Adaptive and Resilient Mark of Achievement, in recognition of its ongoing commitment to sustainability and climate-conscious operations.
The honours follow a year of embedding environmental responsibility across the group’s operations via the alliance, which is Camden Council’s sustainability programme.
The recognition reflects a wider sustainability strategy that has seen The Wesley strengthen its environmental and operational performance through a series of initiatives, including a BREEAM Excellent rating for The Wesley Camden Town, ECOsmart Platinum certifications across its sites and the development of a collaborative Climate Action Plan with the Zero Carbon Forum.
The hotel group has also advanced its resilience and responsible hospitality agenda through initiatives such as the Green Meetings programme at The Wesley Euston and enhanced business continuity planning, which underpinned its Adaptive and Resilient recognition.
