Dubai-based Sunset Hospitality Group has signed 12 new venue agreements over the past quarter, expanding its international operating portfolio to 112 destinations across 27 countries.
The expansion marks a new phase of international growth for the hotels, resorts and restaurants business, which has grown by more than 150% over the past three years.
The latest agreements span 13 markets, including Hanoi, Manama and Milan, strengthening the presence of the company across Europe, the Middle East and Asia.
Among the key developments is METT Milan, launching this summer inside the landmark Torre Velasca building. The location will open alongside dining concepts including Sushisamba, MIA and private members’ club Madison House.
In Dubai, the group will launch Kapitol later this month – a new entertainment venue combining social gaming with food and beverage offerings. Later this year, the company will also launch Qasbah, a Pan-Arab dining venue drawing on traditional gathering places and Moroccan influences.
