Manorview Group has appointed Darren Scott as its new operations director as the Scottish hospitality group restructures and looks to support further growth and expansion.
Scott joins Manorview following a period as chief operating officer at Jupiter Artland, where he worked from March 2025 to August 2026. He previously spent four years at Taymouth Marina, serving as resort director from April 2023 to March 2025 and general manager from February 2021 to April 2023.
His earlier career includes senior roles at Le Monde Hotel and G1 Group, as well as experience operating his own hospitality businesses. Scott was also the owner and operator of Boudoir Wine Bar from 2010 to 2017 and restaurant owner and operator of Islena from 2014 to 2016. He has also held general management roles at Metropolitan Cocktail Bar and Restaurant and Blue Dog, as well as positions at The Arches and Kasbah in Ibiza.
In a LinkedIn post announcing his appointment, Scott said: “I am pleased to share that today I started a new opportunity and role as Operations Director at Manorview Group.
“This is a hugely exciting challenge to join this independent group of boutique hotels and unique venues as they restructure, all while retaining a people-centric approach.”
