Savvy Collective has appointed Marcus Magee as operations director and Stephen Miles as development director to its senior leadership team.
The appointments coincide with the Cheshire-based firm revealing a new brand identity and an expanded service offering. The company provides management, consultancy, education, events and investment services to independent hotels and leisure ventures.
Founded by hotelier Steven Hesketh, the business supports small and medium-sized venues operating up to approximately 100 rooms. Magee and Miles will lead the delivery of practical solutions for clients, including operational resets, revenue growth strategies and asset optimisation.
The leadership expansion comes during an increase in UK hotel transaction volumes, which reached £1.6bn in Q1 2026.
