Country house hotel Gisborough Hall has launched its new Sakura Spa at an exclusive event held on 29 July 2026, marking the next phase of growth in its wellness offering.

The hotel invited a range of guests to gain tour access to the spa, including treatment and sound bath experiences, a celebratory speech from Lord Gisborough and a preview of the spa’s new dining concept, Koyo Restaurant.

The hotel said the spa combines contemporary wellness facilities with natural surroundings, designed as a “peaceful sanctuary inspired by the beauty of the natural world”.

The opening represents a major investment for Gisborough Hall, strengthening its position as one of North Yorkshire’s leading luxury hospitality venues. From this weekend, guests can enjoy an extensive range of treatments and experiences including an outdoor vitality pool, a Finnish sauna, herbal sauna, salt steam room and cold plunge.

The space features six treatment rooms, including a couples’ suite and a dedicated Sakura Head Spa, with a selection of holistic therapies.

Koyo Restaurant, the spa’s newest dining concept, offers a menu of fresh salads, brunch options, light meals, juices and wellness drinks.
